WE ARE BUSY AGAIN ! 23 April 2010

Over the past 25 years Tari Willis Associates have engineered many notable domestic,commercial,educational, leisure and industrial building projects,samples of some of these can be seen on this web site.

Currently we are working on a new Social,Art and Design Block for Ryde School, which involves the structural design of a fully reinforced concrete frame on deep piled foundations and external retaining walls.

In addition we have a number of projects on site which include a 5 storey block of flats against the cliff face in Shanklin, on the drawing board a new one off detached house in Gurnard, boreholes to 20 meters deep are about to commence on a site along the under-cliff to investigate the site and slope stability for Planning approval to replace a large bungalow with a grand two storey house on special designed foundations.

In December 2009 a full ground and slope stability report was issued for Royal Yacht Squadron to IOW Planning for an extension to their Pavilion building in Cowes.

Within the last few weeks the housing market seems to have picked up and many structural survey reports have also been carried out by us throughout the Island for prospective buyers.

The last couple of months have been the busiest for a couple of years, we believe that this trend will continue.
