We have substantial experience in designing remedial works such as underpinning and/or associated strengthening works.

We have an approved list of local Island building contractors and we can recommend appropriately to suit their particular skills and experience.

On many projects individuals prefer to use their own builders or carry out the work themselves.

Drawings, sketches and specification of workmanship and materials are provided and site visits are carried out to ensure all work is being or has been completed in accordance with good building practice.
