In many cases Investigations are carried out as part of Insurance claim but often we provide such a service to householders and to commercial property owners.

We have an approved list of local Island building contractors and select appropriate ones to suit their particular skills and experience when obtaining competitive quotations for clients.

On many projects individuals prefer to use their own builders or carry out the work themselves.

Drawings, sketches and specification of workmanship and materials are provided and site visits are carried out to ensure all work is being or has been completed in accordance with good building practice.
