Partnering and Framework

For the past 5 years we have been part of a partnering framework with the Isle of Wight Council.

This framework was set up in 2004 for the construction, redevelopment and refurbishment of many school buildings.

In the past we have been part a number of partnering frameworks with some Island based Housing Associations.

However the ethos of partnering has always been in our blood! That is why time and time again most of our contracts are negotiated with many previous clients, architects, developers, builders and individual householders.
