Design and Build

Tari Willis Associates are regularly employed by Building Contractors on projects they have won on a Design & Build basis.

During tender stage we assist the contractor in his tender bid and advise on the most economical structural and civil engineering solutions.

Preliminary design work is carried out to ensure the contractor includes all likely costs. Where ground investigation reports are provided by clients these are studied to ensure what we are proposing will be an appropriate and the most cost effective foundation solution.
